o “Sex and violent offender registry background check” means verifying that the selected applicant or employee has not got undisclosed convictions of certain sex and violent crimes in every jurisdiction that applicant or employee currently or has resided.

Basic Criminal history check Policy Provisions

* New Staff Employees

o Outstanding Staff employees shall have the following criminal record searches completed as a condition of employment with American Acme Corporation.
